This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s digital media strategy, with a focus on strengthening brand presence and supporting business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Digital Media Strategy: Create and manage digital media strategy and annual plans across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and online advertising).
Content Planning and Posting: Oversee content planning, posting schedules, and performance tracking for each platform.
Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns independently and in collaboration with agencies.
Backend Operations: Manage backend operations of digital platforms and advertising tools (e.g., ad managers, analytics, dashboards).
Agency Proposal Evaluation: Review, challenge, and improve proposals from digital and media agencies based on performance data and best practices.
Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital channels.
Performance Analysis: Analyze digital performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay Updated: Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
Coordination with Teams: Coordinate closely with internal marketing, creative, and PR teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in digital media or social media management, preferably from a digital or online agency background.
Strong backend knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising systems, and analytics tools.
Ability to plan and execute online advertising campaigns independently.
Ability to evaluate agency strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
