Job Responsibilities

  • Organize, lead, and oversee the successful implementation of IT projects from initiation to completion.

  • Manage day-to-day project tasks, ensuring alignment with project objectives, risk mitigation, and efficient execution.

  • Define and drive iteration goals and content using prioritized user stories to maintain project momentum and focus.

  • Work closely with IT engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of project plans while applying technical expertise to enhance collaboration and improve efficiency.

  • Partner with design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to align on project scope, requirements, and objectives.

  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of IT concepts, technologies, and tools to analyze and refine project requirements.

  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, or project finance.

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and financial modeling.

  • Experience in structured finance, infrastructure investments, or capital-intensive industries is an advantage.

  • High accountability with strong analytical skills, capable of turning financial data into strategic recommendations.

  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and systematic thinking abilities.

  • Fluent in English (TOEIC score of at least 750), with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.

  • A team-oriented mindset with a goal-driven, adaptable, and continuous learning attitude.
