Job Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Assist the Sales team with reservation payments, ensuring seamless issuance of reservation documents and contract agreements.
Clearly explain the contract signing process, including all regulations, to both local and international buyers.Billing & Payments:
Standardize receipts and invoicing procedures, integrating a secure payment gateway for smooth transactions.
Track outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection and follow-ups on down payments as per the contract agreement.Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong client relationships and facilitate collections through regular communication.
Capture, qualify, and nurture leads to ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information using the company's CRM tools.Customer Service & Communication:
Monitor client satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints across various channels, including email, phone, Line chat, and other media.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project updates, progress notifications, invitation letters, and other relevant information.
Coordinate with banks to obtain necessary payment-related documents for clients.Coordination with Sales & Marketing:
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support sales activities, events, and promotional booths.Performance & KPIs:
Meet CRM targets and achieve key performance indicators set by the company.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or luxury property development, with a proven track record of success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals.
Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a constantly changing environment with varying demands, often on accelerated timelines.
A flexible work schedule.
Proficiency in Email, CRM Tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
