Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business initiatives to drive growth, build competitive advantages, and create long-term value.
Identify and support new business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
Actively participate in Management Committee Meetings, ensuring alignment between business strategies and executive-level decision-making.
Organize and manage corporate events and initiatives, including press conferences, town halls, and business plan workshops.
Handle corporate affairs with associations, institutes, and industry partners to strengthen business relationships.
Monitor and assess the success of strategic projects, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Prepare test results, contingency plans, and performance reports, ensuring effective tracking of key business initiatives.
Oversee the transformation of project-driven strategies into actionable business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of experience in corporate strategy or business development, preferably within the insurance industry.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Strong understanding of insurance business models and sales channels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward success.
