Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business initiatives to drive growth, build competitive advantages, and create long-term value.

  • Identify and support new business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Actively participate in Management Committee Meetings, ensuring alignment between business strategies and executive-level decision-making.

  • Organize and manage corporate events and initiatives, including press conferences, town halls, and business plan workshops.

  • Handle corporate affairs with associations, institutes, and industry partners to strengthen business relationships.

  • Monitor and assess the success of strategic projects, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

  • Prepare test results, contingency plans, and performance reports, ensuring effective tracking of key business initiatives.

  • Oversee the transformation of project-driven strategies into actionable business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate strategy or business development, preferably within the insurance industry.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

  • Strong understanding of insurance business models and sales channels.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward success.
