Job Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy

  • Design and implement the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Develop and oversee the company’s Information Technology Strategy & Policy to drive digital transformation and innovation.

  • Ensure seamless integration of technology systems across all business units, improving operational efficiency.

  • Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, data governance, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Technology Governance & Compliance

  • Establish IT governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.

  • Define Data Governance policies, ensuring proper data management, security, and accessibility.

  • Minimize IT risks by developing robust risk management frameworks for business continuity.

IT Solutions & Digital Transformation

  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that align with enterprise architecture and business needs.

  • Lead the transition to new IT infrastructure and platforms, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.

  • Oversee the selection and implementation of IT products and services, ensuring compatibility with enterprise architecture.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Work closely with C-level executives, IT teams, and business leaders to align technology with company objectives.

  • Engage with external vendors, regulators, and financial institutions to ensure compliance and innovation.

  • Lead a high-performing IT strategy team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.

  • Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT governance, and risk management.

  • Deep understanding of insurance, banking, or financial services IT infrastructure.

  • Experience in data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale IT transformation projects.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficiency in English is required.
