Job Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy
Design and implement the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and oversee the company’s Information Technology Strategy & Policy to drive digital transformation and innovation.
Ensure seamless integration of technology systems across all business units, improving operational efficiency.
Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, data governance, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Technology Governance & Compliance
Establish IT governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Define Data Governance policies, ensuring proper data management, security, and accessibility.
Minimize IT risks by developing robust risk management frameworks for business continuity.
IT Solutions & Digital Transformation
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that align with enterprise architecture and business needs.
Lead the transition to new IT infrastructure and platforms, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.
Oversee the selection and implementation of IT products and services, ensuring compatibility with enterprise architecture.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
Work closely with C-level executives, IT teams, and business leaders to align technology with company objectives.
Engage with external vendors, regulators, and financial institutions to ensure compliance and innovation.
Lead a high-performing IT strategy team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT governance, and risk management.
Deep understanding of insurance, banking, or financial services IT infrastructure.
Experience in data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to lead large-scale IT transformation projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in English is required.
