Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define business objectives and set strategic goals for organizational growth.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and external factors to identify new business opportunities and drive product innovation.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand positioning and market presence.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Oversee short-term, mid-term, and long-term marketing plans, ensuring effective execution across the marketing department.

  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.

  • Establish policies, oversee campaign performance, and track marketing effectiveness through data-driven analysis.

  • Improve workflow and efficiency within the marketing team by implementing effective work systems.

  • Recruit, train, and develop marketing talent, fostering a high-performance team.

  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role.

  • Strong ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and adapt marketing strategies

  • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.

  • High resilience, strong ability to work under pressure, and excellent emotional intelligence.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Social Listening, SEO, Ads Manager is an advantage.

  • Candidates with prior experience in the education sector will be highly preferred.
