We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive who excels in building relationships and driving sales. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a passion for HR and recruitment. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment services to prospective clients.
🏆Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.Understand client needs and tailor recruitment services to meet those needs.
Present and promote our recruitment solutions to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the recruitment or HR industry.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and HR practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
