Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with users to gather business requirements and concerns.

  • Analyze and translate requirements into innovative solutions that enhance system functionality.

  • Work closely with IT teams to design end-to-end (E2E) solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Design system architecture and technical specifications to support business requirements.

  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or integration opportunities.

  • Conduct system analysis to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as Process flows, Use cases, User stories, UX/UI designs, Test cases, and User manuals.

  • Develop technical documentation including system design documents, data flow diagrams, and API specifications.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper system implementation and integration.

  • Conduct system testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

  • Document and report test results, including issue summaries and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business analysis or system analysis roles.

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.

  • Knowledge of system architecture, database design, and integration patterns.

  • Experience with data modeling and system design tools.

  • Familiarity with API development and system integration concepts.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Insurance industry experience is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Experience with system documentation and technical writing.
