Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with users to gather business requirements and concerns.
Analyze and translate requirements into innovative solutions that enhance system functionality.
Work closely with IT teams to design end-to-end (E2E) solutions that align with business objectives.
Design system architecture and technical specifications to support business requirements.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or integration opportunities.
Conduct system analysis to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as Process flows, Use cases, User stories, UX/UI designs, Test cases, and User manuals.
Develop technical documentation including system design documents, data flow diagrams, and API specifications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper system implementation and integration.
Conduct system testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Document and report test results, including issue summaries and resolutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis or system analysis roles.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of system architecture, database design, and integration patterns.
Experience with data modeling and system design tools.
Familiarity with API development and system integration concepts.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Insurance industry experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Experience with system documentation and technical writing.
