Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within the Retail IT department in a dynamic, multicultural environment, working with global brands, affiliates, and IT teams in infrastructure, network security, and corporate services.

  • Develop and support the Cegid Y2 retail system, integrating new retail technologies while engaging with various business and technical stakeholders across 400+ stores and 30 subsidiaries.

  • Contribute to the implementation and rollout of Cegid Y2 in 30 Swatch Group subsidiaries, addressing evolving requirements from 17 brands.

  • Coordinate, schedule, test, document, and conduct user training for system implementations and updates.

  • Provide technical support for in-house retail applications, ensuring smooth business operations.

  • Ensure data accuracy and relevance to facilitate informed decision-making for management.

  • Develop business performance dashboards to enhance operational insights.

  • Deliver IT solutions and technical support to optimize business workflows.

  • Create and maintain software documentation and user training materials.

  • Conduct training sessions on Microsoft Office, SQL queries, and other IT-related topics.

Requirements

  • Experience in Retail Application Management & Support and Systems Integration with SAP SD/MM, FI/CO, and BI.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Operating Systems.

  • Strong understanding of retail business processes and operational requirements.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn, translating business needs into technical solutions.

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
