About the Role
This position is position for our client which is one of the Biggest non-life insurance companies in Thailand. They are looking for Business Analyst candidates who have the strong background in Insurance and IT to develop the insurance projects
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage the business requirements of all information technology processes within the organization (END-TO-END PROCESS).
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating with key business users to identify business needs, acting as an intermediary between business units and IT, utilizing a deep understanding of business processes and technology.
Define and develop processes for managing requirements, design business requirement documents (BUSINESS REQUIREMENT DOCUMENT).
Evaluate the usage of related technology systems according to requirements, participate in designing solution architecture to meet business needs.
Coordinate with external service providers to ensure system development aligns with business requirements.
Evaluate and advise adjustments to business processes to align with information technology usage.
Evaluate and advise on customer experience in using information technology according to business requirement activities.
Coordinate with various system development teams and project managers.
Assist in prioritizing information technology projects to meet business requirements.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field in IT.
Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years or more as an IT Business Analyst or System Analyst.
Proficient in Core Insurance and software implementation.
Skilled in SQL server management.
Previous background as a Software Developer and Insurance industry is advantageous.
Upper intermediate proficiency in English communication.
