Job Responsibilities

  • Securing funding to support operations through short-term loans, working capital loans, corporate loans, bonds, and equity investments.

  • Developing and maintaining a consolidated financial model to support corporate finance strategies, including strategic operating plans, resource allocation, and revenue/operating income targets.

  • Providing support in the development and execution of annual operating and fiscal business plans (budgets).

  • Managing loan agreements to ensure the company’s ability to draw down funds, repay principal and interest, distribute dividends, and comply with all loan covenants.

  • Preparing financial deliverables and reports related to corporate financial information and contractual obligations for the Board of Directors (BOD), shareholders, and financial institutions.

  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to enhance management transparency and decision-making.

  • Conducting financial analysis to assess the company's financial health, plan and control financial activities, and ensure compliance with stakeholder requirements, including lenders and shareholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking or corporate finance function in any companies.

  • Experience in corporate finance or investment banking is required.

  • Good financial planning and financial model knowledge.

  • Experience in power generation, renewable energy, hydropower, gas and infrastructure & utilities would be an advantage.

  • High accountability, strong analytical skills, and confidence in turning facts into recommendations.

  • Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking.

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).

  • Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
