Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support for financial systems, ensuring high performance, availability, and reliability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications, databases, and IT infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to optimize IT processes and performance.

  • Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to ensure system stability and efficiency.

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of financial applications.

  • Work closely with business units to understand requirements and provide technical support to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support and IT Support.

  • Fast-paced and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet deadlines and goals.

  • Preferred age: 30+ years, with experience in dynamic work environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
