Job Responsibilities:
Provide application support for financial systems, ensuring high performance, availability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications, databases, and IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to optimize IT processes and performance.
Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to ensure system stability and efficiency.
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of financial applications.
Work closely with business units to understand requirements and provide technical support to meet business needs.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support and IT Support.
Fast-paced and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet deadlines and goals.
Preferred age: 30+ years, with experience in dynamic work environments.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
