Job Responsibilities:
Use Case Discovery & Framing: Proactively identify high-impact AI opportunities. Help BUs move from "I want AI" to "I need to solve X problem with Y predicted outcome."
End-to-End AI Lifecycle: Manage the unique AI flow: Problem definition → Data feasibility → PoC/Experimentation → Model Training → Deployment → Continuous Monitoring.
Cross-functional Coordination: Synchronize efforts between BU stakeholders, Data Engineers (for training data), and AI/ML Engineers (for modeling).
ROI & Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate if a problem is best solved by AI or simple heuristics. Manage the "Fail Fast" approach for low-viability PoCs.
AI Governance & Ethics: Ensure AI solutions are transparent, fair, and compliant with emerging AI regulations/company ethics.
Change Management: Lead the transition for business users whose workflows will be altered by AI automation or augmentation.
Vendor & Tooling: Manage relationships with AI platform providers and LLM/API vendors.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Tech PMO, specifically managing AI/ML or Data Science projects.
Familiarity with the CRISP-DM or MLOps lifecycle (even if not coding-proficient).
Experience with Generative AI/LLM implementations and their specific challenges (hallucinations, prompt engineering, cost management).
Strong "Product Mindset" - the ability to view an AI model as a product that needs continuous improvement, not a one-time project.
Thai and English proficiency.
