Job Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Accurately record and classify daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, invoices, and vouchers, into the accounting system, following company policies and accounting standards.

  • Manage accounts payable by verifying invoices, matching them with purchase orders, and scheduling payments.

  • Handle accounts receivable by issuing invoices, monitoring collections, and following up on overdue payments.

  • Gather and organize financial data, calculate financial ratios, and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. Analyze and report on expense trends to control costs.

  • Gather financial data, assist in preparing tax returns, and ensure accurate and timely submission of tax-related information. Stay updated on tax regulations.

  • Maintain organized and accessible accounting files and records, both physical and electronic, following company policy.

Administrative and Office Support

  • Organize and maintain office files and records.

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agendas and minutes.

  • Monitor and order office supplies.

  • Assist with expense reports and invoices.

  • Manage and track administrative projects and deadlines.

  • Oversee daily office operations and act as a point of contact for office-related issues.

  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

  • Support onboarding and training of new staff.

Human Resources Support

  • Support onboarding of new staff and payroll calculation.

  • Manage social insurance and other compliance documents.

Policy and Procedure Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Communicate and enforce regulations to staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (data entry, analysis, and reporting).

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with Cargowise is an advantage.

  • 6+ years of practical accounting experience.

  • Experience in the freight forwarding or international logistics industry is preferred.

  • Payroll experience is a plus.

  • Fluent in both local language and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting regulations and company procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address accounting issues and discrepancies.
